I. Invitation letter from Bangladeshi Company;
II. Letter from the company of the invitee;
III. Three copies of visa forms duly filled in & 3 passport size photos (3 cm by 4 cm);

Family/Relative/Tourist Visa

I. Invitation letter from relatives in Bangladesh/proof of relations;
II.Hotel booking/air ticket or copy of ticket
III. Three copies of visa forms duly filled in & 3 passport size photos (3 cm by 4 cm);

Employment Visa

I. Job appointment letter from Bangladesh company/representative office in Bangladesh in case of International organization
II. Job appointment letter from the head quarters of International organization.
III. Clearance from the concerned Ministry of the Government of Bangladesh/ Board of Investment (BOI)/Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority (BEPZA)
IV. Three copies of visa forms duly filled in & 3 passport size photos (3 cm by 4 cm);

No Visa Required (NVR) seal

I. In case of Bangladeshi citizen or person of Bangladesh origin, Bangladesh passport/copy of Bangladesh passport/dual nationality certificate/SSC or HSC certificate/birth certificate or nationality certificate from union parishad/pourashava/city corporation/certificate from special branch of police

II. In case of spouse, married certificate and husband's Bangladesh passport/copy of Bangladesh passport/dual nationality certificate/SSC or HSC certificate/birth certificate or nationality certificate from union parishad/pourashava/city corporation/certificate from special branch of poice

III. In case of children, married certificate of parents and birth certificate of applicant and father or mother's Bangladesh passport/copy of Bangladesh passport/dual nationality certificate/SSC or HSC certificate/birth certificate or nationality certificate from union parishad/pourashava/city corporation/certificate from special branch of poice

IV.If validity of the passport, where NVR seal has been given, expires, NVR seal will be given in the new passport free of charge. The old passport where NVR seal was given should be submitted with application in such case.

V. Three copies of visa forms duly filled in & 3 passport size photos (3 cm by 4 cm);

Working time

Monday to Thursday; Receiving from 10am to 1pm; Delivery from 4pm to 5pm;

*Visa form is to be filled in English. Letters from local companies are also to be in English.
**Interview of the person seeking visa may be taken whenever necessary.
